The client was in the process of delivering a global Actimize implementation with critical deadlines due to pending regulatory requirements. While in progress, the project suffered from a full turnover of team leadership and struggled to recover its footing and deliver key milestones on its path to their deadlines. The client approached Eliassen Group for aid in project recovery, leadership, and training to ensure implementation success.
The Solution:
In response to an at-risk Actimize implementation resulting in business complexity and leadership turnover, Eliassen Group quickly delivered a team of program managers and financial crimes subject matter experts. Once these experts were in place, a working session was initiated to uncover all issues with the implementation, prioritize the changes, and build a new implementation roadmap designed specifically to the client’s intended timeline and functionality goals. Eliassen Group established new program leadership and implementation oversight, as well as support for various other requirements, along with policy, procedure, and training workstreams.
The Result:
The Actimize system was successfully returned to green status within 4 weeks, and the system was ultimately delivered both on-time and fully functional. The client recognized Eliassen Group for our role in the quick and effective implementation of this critical compliance system.
