In a talent services-oriented engagement, Eliassen provides consultants to the client based on the client’s needs. The client directly manages the consultants, dictating their schedule, deliverables, and tasks. In a talent services engagement, Eliassen matches a deep understanding of our clients’ technology and environmental requirements with our AI-driven, skills-based resourcing engine to provide well-matched consultants working at our clients’ direction related to schedule, deliverables and tasks. |
In a Managed Teams/POD engagement, Eliassen’s practice leadership constructs and rapidly deploys product execution teams that are co-managed between the client and Eliassen. Our Managed Team/POD model enables clients to leverage Eliassen’s practice leadership to construct and rapidly deploy product execution teams, while at the same time maintaining deliverable control and flexibility often not supported through a Managed Project or Managed Service approach. |
In a Managed Projects engagement, Eliassen is responsible for the agreed-upon project deliverable(s) and oversees all aspects of consultant activity. In a Managed Services engagement, Eliassen has ongoing responsibility for a function within the client environment and is responsible for all aspects of consultant activity. These engagements tend to be 3-5 years, and Eliassen’s performance is measured by SLO and/or SLA achievement. Our Managed Service model enables clients to manage business value, as opposed to hours or technical specs, with Service Level Agreements/ Objectives for ongoing (e.g., 3 – 5 years) engagements. With a focus on continuous improvement, clients can expect these SLAs/ SLOs to improve over the life of the engagement. |
