Setting Recruiters Up for Career Success
Eliassen Group’s Recruiting Associate Program provides all the tools and knowledge that you need to become a successful technical recruiter, empowering associates from day one. Upon entering the program, associate recruiters will connect with colleagues through training calls with our in-house Eliassen experts. Training calls range widely in topics, from “How to Read a Resume” to “How to Leave a Voicemail.”
Many training calls include guest speakers from throughout the company — including company CEO Dave MacKeen, and Eliassen Group’s most successful national recruiters!
