- Manual Excel-based data gathering for budgeting and forecasting
- No detailed revenue reporting available on a global basis
- Inability to report and view consolidated non-financial data collected from Excel
The Solution:
Eliassen Group used OneStream to handle the following:
- Designed reports and dashboards to standardize the budget data gathering process at the Entity and Site level
- Created a hierarchical structure to collect non-financial data
- Designed and implemented a corporate workspace dashboard to manage the month-end reporting process for loading and consolidating data, along with determining Entity status, reviewing new accounts, and locking periods
- Designed a presentation book for financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and for upper management reporting
The Result:
Eliassen Group utilized OneStream XF’s extensible dimensionality to support local GAAP reporting and to enhance Excel-based reporting for budgeting and non-financial data.
