Job Description

Develop and maintain complex and business-critical software solutions for financial services Capital Markets applications. Design, implement, and optimize both OLTP and data warehousing applications within Oracle environments. Perform advanced data analysis, design, integration, and development to ensure the robustness and efficiency of applications. Conduct performance tuning to optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance. Manage database objects and maintain overall database health. Implement and manage roles and privileges to secure database access and ensure proper data protection. Database management and data manipulation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to queries, stored procedures, and triggers to ensure smooth application performance. Develop and execute shell scripts in a Unix/Linux environment to automate tasks and streamline processes. Utilize Python scripting for data processing, automation, and other development and integration tasks. Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to assist in solution design and ensure alignment with business requirements. Employer allows remote work from home.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of experience as a Software Developer or any related occupation.
