READING, Mass., USA, Jan. 9, 2024 – Eliassen Group, LLC, has evolved its Life Sciences capabilities and has now repositioned to Clinical Solutions, expanding its offerings globally as a consulting and FSP partner that supplies individual resources, small teams, or large outsourcing initiatives across Clinical Operations, Study Management & Clinical Trial Optimization, Clinical Data Science, and Quality, Regulatory & Compliance.
In conjunction with their global expansion, Eliassen Group has appointed two new executives to critical roles: Emma Cullen as Senior Director, Client Partnerships Europe and Méline Rostain, as Vice President, FSP Services Europe.

Emma Cullen, Senior Director, Client Partnerships Europe, will lead client engagement and growth for Europe. Emma is a business development professional and solution consultant with over 15 years' experience of leading in customer strategy, sales management, and consultative selling. Over the course of her career, she has held various roles with a commercial focus, working with senior executives to drive out commercial priorities and strategically win and retain business. This experience will allow Emma to drive new business development and establish Eliassen Group as a trusted provider in Europe.
As Vice President, FSP Services Europe, Méline Rostain will be charged with leading operational oversight, growth, and capabilities for Eliassen in Europe with a specific focus on delivering tailored FSP (Functional Service Provider) solutions. Méline has more than 20 years of CRO industry experience in designing and delivering clinical operations FSP solutions for biotech and pharmaceutical companies in France, Europe, and at a Global Level.
