Job Description
Coach Program and Portfolio teams in adoption, reinforcement and continuous improvement of Agile and Scaling Agile practices. Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Collaborate with Governance council team to plan audit projects, develop risk and control assessments, develop work programs and other deliverables of governance work. Provide guidance to teams on best practices in software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Lead cross-functional teams consisting of developers, designers and QA engineers towards successful product launches. Develop Power BI report metrics to monitor performance across multiple teams and ensure efficient execution and effective delivery of work. Manage project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate decisions and unresolved issues. Job located in Reading, MA, but position allows remote work from home.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of experience as a Lead Agilist or any related occupation.
Offered salary is not required by the DOL to be posted on the employer website posting, but if it is necessary for Eliassen’s website format, the offered wage is $178,131/yr.
