As Vice President of Delivery at Eliassen Group, Crystal leads West Coast operations, shaping strategy and building high-performing recruiting teams. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, she started her career at the Armada Group (later acquired by Eliassen Group) and progressed from recruiter to senior leadership. A collaborative leader and passionate coach, Crystal is dedicated to mentoring and empowering individuals to achieve meaningful, successful careers.
Born and raised in Santa Cruz, California, Crystal earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Management from San Francisco State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her partner, Luke, their two children, and their rescue dogs. Her interests include travel, outdoor activities such as hiking and snowboarding, softball, wine tasting, yoga, and relaxing at the beach with family and friends.
