At Eliassen Group, our annual Kickoff has been a cultural staple for many years. It brings the entire internal staff together to help foster relationships amongst peers, celebrate the victories of the year prior, and be inspired for the year ahead. This year, the team rallied together for the day’s hallmark activities, including presentations from company leaders, a networking activity, amusing and informative videos featuring employees, a cocktail hour with entertainment, and an awards ceremony celebrating notable achievements from the year prior.
This year, we also held a panel with a few of our consultants, who gave us valuable insight into their time working with Eliassen Group. These consultants are pleased with their experience working with their Eliassen Group recruiters, and it was eye-opening to hear about the things they believe Eliassen does right.
Their stories all emphasize similar themes, and each highlights how their recruiters made an effort to connect with them on a human level. They speak of how some previous experiences with talent solutions firms were cold and transactional, while their Eliassen recruiters became their friends and neighbors, as they were fully welcomed into the greater Eliassen Group community.
Our purpose is to positively impact the lives of our employees, clients, consultants, and the communities in which we operate, and it is deeply gratifying and fulfilling to hear directly from our consultants themselves that we are living that purpose.
