The Best Eliassen Group Recruiting & Job Search Advice of 2016

Read the best Eliassen Group recruiting and job search advice blogs of 2016 to get a head start on the New Year. Check them out here.

So 2016 was an interesting year for sure and it had its share of ups and downs. The world lost some extremely talented people this year and here in the states, we experienced a very contentious political race. But there have also been some bright spots, especially as it relates to the job market; unemployment rates have continued to lower and companies have recommitted to hiring great talent, both on a permanent and a contract basis, which of course is music to our ears! We’ve also seen the rise of a more data-driven, customer-centric approach to driving business results, with rising demand in agile methods and practices as well as within the creative services space.

All of this has had a positive impact on our growth at Eliassen Group; we have expanded our operations in the Southwest, hired more talent on the team to keep pace with customer demand, and we’ve enhanced our consultant outreach program, professionally managed through our Consultant Advocate Program (CAP). As this growth continues, we also seek to assist our clients and consultants as they navigate their recruiting and job search efforts. To this end, we have compiled a list of our most popular content from this past year, as determined by your readership and interest. We hope you enjoy them - either again or anew - and wish you all a happy and prosperous New Year! We look forward to helping and supporting you in 2017!

Working with Millennials

Millennials. The generation of lazy, narcissistic, self-righteous, participation trophy-toters.
