Brandi loves coming to work each day because - "I like being able to participate in the career growth of each individual I work with throughout the day. The needs of the IT consultants I work for are different and always evolving based on what they want to learn, or where they want to work. It's exciting getting the opportunity to make all the pieces fit into the appropriate spots. I don't know a lot of jobs that give you that opportunity each and every day."
What's the one piece of advice she gives to the consultants she interacts with? - "I have never wavered from this in my eight-year career as a recruiter. 'Always choose the opportunity that is best for you and your family.' Family comes first. Do what is best for the ones you love, and not your recruiter. Remember, you're the one that has to go to work everyday, not your recruiter. When you are faced with multiple offers on the table, don't let a recruiting firm talk you into an offer that is best for them and their bottom-line. Always do what is right for you."
