After completion of this course, you will be eligible to take the exam for the SAFe® Agilist (SA) Certification.
This course teaches the Lean-Agile principles and practices of SAFe®. You’ll learn how to execute and release value through Agile Release Trains, how to build an Agile Portfolio, and how to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise.
The SAFe® Agilist certification program is for executives, managers and Agile change agents responsible for leading a Lean-Agile change initiative in a large software enterprise. It validates their knowledge in applying the Scaled Agile Framework, lean thinking, and product development flow principles in an enterprise context so they can lead the adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework.

In this two-day course, you will learn how the roles of Product Manager, Product Owner, Solution Manager, and Epic Owner drive the delivery of value in the SAFe® enterprise.
During this three-day course, attendees will gain an in-depth understanding of the role and responsibilities of an RTE in the SAFe® enterprise.
Attendees will explore the mindset of Agile Architects, and how to align architecture with business value in this three-day course.
During this three-day, workshop-oriented course, attendees learn the foundational principles and practices that make up the Agile Software Engineering discipline.
In this course, attendees will gain the practical tools and techniques necessary to implement the Lean Portfolio Management functions of Strategy and Investment Funding, Agile Portfolio Operations and Lean Governance.
