Eliassen will not submit a resume or any other piece of information to any client without first obtaining permission from you. We value your privacy and our long-term relationship with you. -
What is the average length of an Eliassen contract?
The average length of an Eliassen contract is 7 months. We also have a Direct-Hire division to place candidates in salaried, full-time positions. -
What is the likelihood of Eliassen placing me on consecutive contracts, so there is no down time between jobs?

Does Eliassen work with independent candidates, as well as W-2 employees?
Currently, a percentage of the candidates we place are incorporated entities. Independent candidates must meet certain requirements to join Eliassen Group, including having a federal tax ID number, worker's compensation insurance, and other corporate documents.
