Scott Cordeiro leads our rapidly growing Agile Consulting Practice, working closely with both new and existing clients as they incorporate Agile methodologies into their software development and business practices. Scott has more than 20 years of experience in the IT Services industry. Prior to joining Eliassen Group in 2009, Scott started and built his own IT Services firm, overseeing strategic client relationships, managing operations and launching new lines of business, before being acquired. Scott served on the Board of Directors for NACCB. His career has been focused in serving market verticals including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Defense Industries and Public Sector.

Damon Poole

He is also a co-founder and past CEO and CTO of AccuRev where he created multiple Jolt Award winning products including AccuRev and AccuWorkflow. Damon has spoken at numerous conferences including Agile and Beyond 2010-2012, Agile Business Conference, Q-Con, Agile 2008-2012, and Agile Development Practices and has Trained thousands of people on Agile techniques.

Damon's 22 years of software experience spans from small co-located teams all the way up to global development organizations with hundreds of teams. Damon is a past President and Vice President of Agile New England. He writes frequently on the topic of Agile development, is the author of the web book "Do It Yourself Agile," and a pioneer in the area of Multistage Continuous Integration and mixing Scrum and Kanban.

Carrie Driscoll

Carrie's 20+ years of progressive managerial and PM experience delivering quality software products to the marketplace span multiple career evolutions, including but not limited to, Sr Agile Coach, Agile Tester and QA Manager, Agile Program & Portfolio Manager, Agile Transformation Leader and Scrum Master.

Prior to joining Eliassen Group, Carrie was the Director of Engineering Program Management for Carbonite, as a member of the executive team, her main focus was leading the Agile transformation and driving the execution of technical strategy on behalf of Carbonite.

Carrie has been involved in Agile transformations across a broad spectrum of industries such as Software Engineering, Financial Industries, Insurance, Hardware and Data Storage companies, as well as highly regulated corporations i.e., those working in the Federal or Medical space.

Carrie is certified as a Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ICAgile Certified Practitioner (ICP) and ICAgile Certified Instructor for Agile Fundamentals.

Hunter McCluer

Hunter oversees delivery of Agile Practice client services and solutions in our Mid-West, Mid-Atlantic and South East regions. Focused on the growth and support our Agile clients, practice, and teams, Hunter works with our Regional and National Sales, and Recruiting teams to define, support, and deliver client services and success.

Hunter's 25+ years of professional experience has been focused on helping commercial, federal, and technical organizations transform and achieve success. A seasoned Agile Coach / Transformation Architect, Mr. McCluer is a highly effective leader and communicator, who is able to collaborate and work with all levels of an organization. His industry experience includes: Finance, Mortgage Banking, State and Federal Government, Department of Defense, Aerospace, Telecommunications, Military and Civilian Health Care, Education, Cable Television, Internet and Mobile Advertising.

David Gijsbers

David Gijsbers is Eliassen Group's Agile Practice Team Lead for Engagement Management. In this role he builds relationships with clients interested in transforming to Agile and works with them to build and execute a strategy for transformation. As the transformation takes life, David is responsible for bringing in the appropriate Eliassen Agile Coaches to respond to the Organizational, Technical and Team challenges that emerge. David has been with Eliassen Group for five years and was a founding member of Eliassen Group's Agile Practice.

Stosh is a passionate Agilist who has been in the IT industry for over 25 years with experience ranging from Assembly Language software coding, to process consulting, tech support, and sales. He is the Director of Business Development at Eliassen Group based in Washington DC, and is also the Scrum Master for ADAPT.

Bob Fischer

Bob Fischer works with organizations that have found agility to be essential to their ability to not only survive but to thrive in a time of rapid change, technology upheaval and intense competition. His systemic approach enables companies to look across their whole organization to envision, design, build and deliver high value products to existing customer and new markets.

Prior to becoming an organizational agility consultant, Bob was a Vice President at Fidelity Investments, which included responsibility for the deployment of Agile to over 400 people, including both coaching at the team and program level as well as working with functional groups not directly involved in Agile such as Finance, HR, and Process Ownership. The cultural change included getting agreement between the Business Unit President, CIO, CFO, and the head of Product Development on a common strategy for deploying Agile. Bob was also an organization-wide catalyst at Fidelity, helping to broaden the deployment of Agile across the larger organization.

Mr. Fischer has over 30 years in IT, with a wide range of roles and responsibilities and is credentialed as a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
