Chairwoman of the Board & Founder

Mona Eliassen has been an industry leader in the technology staffing solutions industry since the 1990s. She developed Eliassen Group's strategic direction right through the development of the eClinical Solutions Division and developed clients ranging in size from Internet startups to Fortune 1000 companies. Considered a woman entrepreneur pioneer, Mona has been chosen as a finalist for Ernst & Young's "Entrepreneur of the Year" awards, been inducted into the Women's Business "Hall of Fame" and selected as Incentive Magazine's "Motivator of the Year." She also co-chaired the National Association of Computer Consultant Business' (NACCB) 2005 Annual Conference. Read her current letter about the strategic direction of Eliassen Group.

CEO
Ken Dreyer is responsible for the growth of both divisions of Eliassen Group and for ensuring that the excellence we advocate is experienced by clients, consultants and partners. Prior to joining Eliassen as CEO in 2007, Ken consulted to Eliassen Group on matters ranging from strategic planning and account planning to team building for the previous six years. Additionally now he oversees new-employee orientation and development of current employees as part of the company's commitment to excelling in all endeavors. Earlier in his career, Ken was CEO, President and Chairman of several successful corporations in the Boston area and serviced on several boards.

Tom Nunn operates the company's operations in both divisions of Eliassen Group and oversees the company's strategic relationships and business development. Prior to joining Eliassen in 2000, Tom had 20+ years' experience in the financial services industry, as managing director of BankBoston's Global Markets Technology Group, and as a senior manager at both State Street Bank & Trust Company and Bank of New England.

Executive Vice President
eClinical Solutions Division
Susan Bornstein, M.P.H., oversees the eClinical Solutions delivery team who provide a wide range of expert services in support of global clinical trials in the bio-pharma industry. The Division focuses primarily on end-to-end data management, EDC implementations, technical consulting and training services. Susan has almost 20 years of clinical research leadership experience in both industry and academia. Before joining Eliassen Group in 2006 to start the eClinical Solutions Division, Susan had been Program Director in the Neurology Global Product Development Unit and Worldwide Director of Data Management at Serono, Inc. where she led the global EDC implementation there. Before that she had served as Worldwide Senior Director of Data Management at MTRA/AAI Pharma and as Data Analyst at the Center for Human Genetics at Boston University. Susan is presently a member of the Electronic Clinical Forum steering committee and was previously on the SCDM Board of Directors.

Executive Vice President
Business Development & Strategy
Jeff Rogers provides the strategic leadership in all sales and business development initiatives for the eClinical Solutions Division of Eliassen Group. Jeff has more than 20-years' experience managing sales teams and leading operational efforts for services and solutions organizations. Prior to joining Eliassen Group in 2007, he was Regional President for the national staffing and managed services provider, Yoh Services. At Yoh, Jeff was responsible for overseeing the sales and operations personnel in more than 20 locations in the Eastern U.S., as well as in Britain. Most of Jeff's career has focused on building and developing sales and operational teams to support the staffing needs of companies in industries including High Tech, Life Sciences, Telecommunications, Finance and Manufacturing.

Technology Staffing Division Sales
Peggy Murphy drives the sales planning and execution for the Technology Staffing Division, both in the greater Boston area and in Eliassen Group's national division. Her staff offers technology staffing solutions for corporate, government and non-profit clients across several industries, including financial services, high technology, healthcare and life sciences, as well as training and implementation solutions. Peggy has been with the company since 1995. Before joining Eliassen Group, she was at Office Specialists (now Ranstad) and at State Street Research and Management.

Technology Staffing Division Recruiting
Mike McBrierty oversees Eliassen's recruiting and retention programs for consultants as well as the Direct Hire division, which all fall under the "Eliassen Quality Management" umbrella. Based on his 20 years of staffing industry experience, Mike has built a high performance recruiting team at Eliassen focused on building long-term relationships with consultants and candidates. Before joining Eliassen in 1996, Mike spent 11 years with Sullivan and Cogliano where he had been Recruiting Manager and then VP of Recruiting and General Manager.

Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer
Dave MacKeen oversees Eliassen Group's financial, accounting and human resource functions, as well as mergers and acquisitions for the company. He joined Eliassen Group in 1999 after six years in Keane, Inc.'s corporate finance department. Dave has been in finance and accounting for 17 years, 14 of them in the technology staffing solutions industry. He is currently President of the New England Chapter of the National Association of Computer Consultant Businesses (NACCB) and a member of the Bentley College Executive Club.

Chief Information Officer
Dave Taliaferro manages all technology operations at Eliassen Group, including ongoing customization of Eliassen's CRM system that is the software backbone of its quality recruiting and sales efforts in both divisions. Before joining Eliassen's management team, Dave had been an active Eliassen consultant. His more than 20 years' experience in software development gives Dave an internal perspective on consultants that is invaluable to both Recruiting and Sales in the Technology Staffing Division. Dave also serves on the Manchester/Essex Technology Committee.
