PHILANTHROPY

At Eliassen Group we endeavor to support our communities and charitable organizations through staff-supported efforts. We do this directly through our Devote-A-Day program in which an Eliassen employee selects a public service organization to assist during a regular business day and then Eliassen Groups pays that staff person as though they were at work for Eliassen.

Additionally employees are encouraged to advocate for a charity they are active in or passionate about. The Philanthropy Committee reviews all submissions and determines the level of collective contribution for the next year.
