Program Management

We coordinate the efforts of Agile implementation and adoption practices between various stakeholders and coaching teams to insure that all efforts achieve their stated objectives and impact.

An Eliassen Group Program Manager works with the organization as a whole to ensure that cultural challenges inherent in an Agile transformation are correctly addressed.

We establish a cycle of continuous improvement for all teams by working with the coaches and team members to identify areas of waste, determine how to eliminate them and increase the facilitation of business value from all teams.

Agile Coaching

Eliassen Group’s Agile Coaches have industry-leading experience in guiding senior technology managers through an Agile transformation. This includes a deep understanding of how Agile impacts Business-IT alignment, Release Planning, Quality and Cultural/Behavioral change.

Training

Our training workshops and classes are typically 1-2 days in length and are customized to our client’s needs, class size and desired outcome. These classes may be a part of a larger engagement or delivered on a one-off basis.
