Assessment, Transformation and Adoption
Gaining the intended results
There is no silver bullet or one size fits all process for migrating a single department or enterprise to the Agile development process. By providing our clients assistance and guidance with battle tested experience, your organizational adoption and transformation is on a successful road
without the pitfalls and possible rejection associated with new endeavors. Eliassen Group has the expertise and experienced practitioners who can work within your organization to custom design and deliver a program that is suited to your organization.
Assessment
As a first step toward transformation Eliassen Group’s Agile Coaches typically engage in a short assessment phase designed to get a deep understanding of the current state of development and project management and then design a high level roadmap for what a transformation would look like. Typically, this may include workshops for Senior Management and Technology team members on the business benefits of Agile as well as new roles and responsibilities.
Transformation
To catalyze a transformation, Eliassen Group’s Agile Program Managers and Coaches work with your organization to coordinate the efforts of Agile adoption practices between business and technology stakeholders to ensure that all efforts are coordinated and achieving their stated objectives and impact.
We would work with the organization as a whole to ensure that cultural challenges inherent in an Agile transformation are correctly addressed. In addition, we establish a cycle of “continuous improvement” by identifying areas of waste, determining how to eliminate these and how to increase the facilitation of business value from all teams.
