Marketing Manager - eClinical Solutions

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
This role will have responsibility for marketing and communications activities relating to eClinical Solutions. Our eClinical Solutions division is a niche provider of electronic end-to-end data management services. Our model is designed to give our clients maximum flexibility and scalability based on their needs. The Marketing Manager will manage, create and coordinate eClinical Solutions’ marketing and communication strategies which will increase visibility and market share.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collateral development
- Improving communications efforts
- Creating tools for promotion and consumer awareness
- Advertising and Public Relations support
- Liaison skills with outside marketing vendors
- Campaign planning & project management from concept to delivery
- Perform ROI analysis for marketing programs, web and campaigns
- Prepare objectives and schedules for all phases
- Manage advertising and promotion budget
- Develop advertising and promotions/manage agency involvement
- Develop and coordinate social media marketing
- Coordinate promotion programs, pricing, positioning, and packaging
- Conduct Market Research/track market trends
- Liaison to Sales organizations/develop necessary tools for brand
- Collaborate with other members of our marketing division on key programs such as: Events & Promotions, Lead Generation and Client & Candidate Direct Marketing
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- 3+ years progressive experience in Brand Marketing and/or Product Marketing/Management roles
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with and influence peers and management
- Desirable to have marketing experience working for a national company
- Superior ability to sell your concept through the management process
- Strong writing background
- Prefer prior Life Sciences Industry experience
EDUCATION/SKILLS
Presentation Skills, written and verbal communication, analytical and organizational skills, Problem Solving, Deadline-Oriented, Process Improvement, Coordination, Strategic Planning, Market Knowledge
Bachelors Degree in related marketing field.
