Direct Hire Consultant
Job Description
Location: Wakefield, MA.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Achieve staffing objectives in the Boston marketplace by displaying successful business development skills; recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; implementing recruiting campaigns; targeting, contacting, qualifying candidates and making placements.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a strong relationship with candidates through meetings, networking and referrals.
- Develop a strong client relationship by direct marketing, chasing leads from candidates, checking references and cross selling with the contract team.
- Work with Eliassen Group Account Executives to jointly develop client relationships (Cross sell).
- Coordinate recruiting efforts within the division and with the contract recruiters when and where appropriate.
- Negotiate fees with clients and execute agreements.
- Close candidates on realistic reasons why they are looking and compensation.
- Understand and utilize Eliassen Group systems, processes and tools.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Must have track record of high achievement in the perm placement industry.
- Must have a strong passion for recruiting.
- Must have a high energy level and passion towards success.
- Must be ethical in their approach to business.
- Must be able to multi task and have good time management skills.
