Job Description
Location: Wakefield, MA
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Generates revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Build professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Must be able to work effectively with Account Executives and Recruiters to convey accurate temperature of requirements and demonstrate effective level of client control
- Must have a strong desire to be successful in a sales role in our industry.
- Ability to successfully integrate into Eliassen Group culture
- Must convey and uphold Eliassen Group’s professional standard and reputation
- Be a strong contributor to the team in terms of work ethic and performance
