With your exceptional communication skills you will provide leadership, motivation, and direction to account executive and recruiting teams

Your work will never be dull as you’ll review current methods for sales, make recommendations for new methods and implement (i.e.: which clients/prospects to call/where to focus time and energy across sales staff)

You’ll have many cards up your sleeve assuring that the right people are on the team, in the right seats and that superior leadership is in place

Here's What You'll Do Everyday:

  • Manage daily requirement allocation and distribution to delivery teams
  • Work with Account Executives in order to distribute accounts when applicable and necessary in the best interest of the company and the team
  • Coach, mentor and facilitate training sessions for sales and recruiting teams
  • Leverage existing business in other divisions in the company while building cooperative relationships

  • Strategic in his/her thought process as well as tactical in day to day activities in order to achieve strategic goals
