With your exceptional communication skills you will develop and produce blended learning and development programs to support Eliassen’s Agile Practice core values and business objectives.

Your work will never be dull as you will partner with experts and stakeholders to create dynamic, relevant programs aligned with Learning and Development strategy and learning design standards

You’ll have many cards up your sleeve as you support Leadership, Sales Team, Recruiting Team and Global Delivery Team through creative, effective training programs

Here's What You'll Do Everyday:

  • Review processes, programs, and materials for effectiveness, updating when necessary.
  • Promote learner driven, collaborative, and active training methods, limiting lecture style delivery
  • Effectively manages multiple projects and priorities using Agile methodology
  • Create content that will work in both printed, e-delivery, video and mobile formats and is device agnostic
  • Share current trends utilizing instructional design, neuroscience related to learning, delivery methods, and best practices.

Your Qualifications Include:

  • 4-year degree preferred, or 4 years relevant equivalent/functional or instructional design experience
  • Prior Instructional Design experience desired
  • Excellent project and time management skills utilizing Agile method concepts
  • Rapid content development using Storyline, Captivate, InDesign, Camtasia, etc.
  • Proficient in learning management system terminology, e-learning authoring tools, other online tools, and learning industry standards design standards (SCORM/AICC/xAPI/TinCan, etc.).
