Dave MacKeen  |  Chief Executive Officer

Dave has held leadership positions within the Technology Staffing industry for over two decades, including the roles of CFO and President, prior to becoming CEO of Eliassen Group in 2010. During his tenure as CEO, Dave has spearheaded tremendous company growth, working in collaboration with his team, utilizing a combination of organic and acquisitive tactics and strategies to stay aligned with changing staffing industry dynamics, more than doubling the size of the company over the past six years. During this period of growth, the Eliassen Group workforce has also doubled in size, now employing over 1,100 consultants in 37 states across 13 office locations.

Under Dave’s leadership, Eliassen Group has broadened its staffing and consulting expertise, moving from solely an IT staffing and consulting company to a multi-faceted staffing and consulting company with expertise in Agile, Life Sciences, Biometrics, Creative Services and Data Solutions, in addition to its core IT staffing and consulting practice. David is on several boards including the Bentley Executive Club, Endicott College Board of Advisors, and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. He previously served as president of the New England Chapter of Techserve Alliance, a position he held for 8 years.

Mark Biscoe

Mark Biscoe  |  President

Mark W. Biscoe, an executive with over 30 years in the Technology and Financial Staffing industry, has been President of Eliassen Group since December of 2013 after joining the firm in 2012 as Executive Vice President.  Mark oversees the IT Staffing and Consulting regional practices along with our Life Sciences and Biometrics & Data Solutions practices.  Prior to this, Mark was President of the North region at Kforce where he led Professional Services and oversaw the technology and financial staffing divisions, both consulting and direct hire.  Mark has also served as President and COO of the technology consulting firms of Renaissance Worldwide, Intepros Consulting, and Belenos.

 

A graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Mark is based out of Eliassen Group’s corporate headquarters in Wakefield, MA.

Anthony Valente  |  Chief Financial Officer

Anthony Valente joined Eliassen Group in 2010 as their CFO. As CFO, Anthony oversees all of Eliassen Group's financial and accounting functions. Prior to coming to Eliassen Group, Anthony was a Financial Director at Randstad Professionals US corporate headquarters for 10 years. He has degrees in Accounting and Management from Bentley College and is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Tom Hart  |  Chief Operating Officer

Tom Hart, an executive with over 3 decades of experience, has held the position of Chief Operating Officer since May of 2014. Tom oversees the information technology, marketing, corporate staffing and learning and organizational development functions for the company. Previously, Tom served as the executive vice president for client management, commercial consulting, talent acquisition, operations management and information technology for Veritude, a strategic human resources company within Fidelity Investment’s Devonshire Investor portfolio of companies. Prior to joining Veritude, Tom worked for Fidelity’s HR Access Solutions, in Paris, France, serving as its senior executive from 2004 through 2006. Tom is a frequent contributor to industry news journals and magazines, and can often be found sitting on panels at industry events and conferences.

Mike McBrierty  |  Executive Vice President

Mike McBrierty, Eliassen Group Executive Vice President, heads all recruiting and consultant care strategy, program development, planning and execution. Mike’s recruiting focus centers on the development and implementation of recruiting best practices and program optimization. Mike’s consultant care focus centers on continuing to improve and evolve our best in class program, related to providing optimum care, support and relationship development across our entire consultant population. With over 30 years of staffing industry experience, Mike brings tremendous experience building and developing high performance recruiting teams, with a key focus on establishing long-term relationships with our clients, consultants and candidates, and leading our customer advocacy efforts. Before joining Eliassen Group in 1996, Mike spent 11 years with Sullivan & Cogliano.

Greg Coir

Greg Coir  |  Executive Vice President

Greg Coir joined Eliassen Group and EG Life Sciences in August of 2015 in the role of Executive Vice President. Greg brings 25+ years of professional staffing and solutions experience in the Life Sciences and Healthcare space, and will be directly responsible for the continued growth and development of Eliassen’s Biometrics and Data Solutions and EG Life Sciences practices. Prior to joining Eliassen Group, Greg held multiple leadership roles within Randstad, most recently as President of Randstad Pharma. Greg is a graduate of Merrimack College’s School of Business Management and is based out of the corporate headquarters in Wakefield, MA.

JT Mann

Jonathan (JT) Mann  |  Vice President And General Council

Jonathan (JT) Mann joined Eliassen Group in 2014 as their Vice President and General Counsel, and he now oversees the Company’s legal, HR and administrative functions. Prior to coming to Eliassen Group, JT was the Senior VP and General Counsel at Advantage Resourcing International, a multinational temporary staffing company with offices in the U.S., U.K., and Australia. JT earned his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and his law degree from the University of Maine School of Law. He has over 20 years of legal experience and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Maine and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Peggy Murphy  |  Vice President of Strategic Accounts

Peggy Murphy joined Eliassen Group as an Account Executive in 1995, managing sales planning and execution prior to her promotion to Vice President of Sales for the New England Region, overseeing sales strategy. Currently, as the Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Peggy oversees the Company’s enterprise client accounts, ensuring a high quality experience for IT staffing and Consulting solutions across all regions and practices. Prior to joining Eliassen Group, Peggy was at Office Specialists (now Randstad) and at State Street Research and Management.

Scott Cordeiro  |  Managing Director, Agile Practice 

Scott Cordeiro leads our rapidly growing Agile Practice, working closely with both existing and new clients as they incorporate Agile development methodologies into their software development practices. Scott has more than 20 years of experience in the IT Staffing industry. Prior to joining Eliassen Group in 2009, Scott started and built his own IT solutions and staffing firm, overseeing strategic client relationships, managing operations and launching new service lines, before being acquired. Scott served on the Board of Directors for NACCB in 2005 and 2006. Scott’s career has been focused in serving market verticals including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Defense Industries and Public Sector.
